The Xbox app doesn’t let you add friends because it’s meant for people who already own an Xbox. If you want to add friends, you can do so on the console itself or on the website.
The Xbox app doesn’t have a friend requests feature.
To send a friend request on Xbox, open the Friends app and select Add new. Then, enter the name or gamertag of the person you want to add.

To add friends on Roblox Xbox mobile, you can either search for them by their username or invite them using the game’s built-in friend system. To search for someone, open the Friends menu and tap the Search button. Then, type in the name of the person you’re looking for. If they’re not already in your friends list, you’ll see their name and profile picture pop up in the results.
