To add a microphone to your Apple keyboard, you’ll need to purchase a USB audio adapter. This will allow you to use the microphone on your keyboard with any device that has a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
There is usually a small hole on the top of the keyboard near the F12 key. The microphone is inserted into this hole.

If your microphone icon is missing from your phone, there are a few things you can try to get it back. First, make sure that your microphone is not turned off.
